Comprehensive Evaluation

Service Description

An evaluation would be the next step if a communication disorder is suspected. An evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of your child’s speech-language skills. It includes a case history of your child, oral exam, and speech-language measures and diagnosis statements. I also trial out different teaching methods and create initial treatment goals if appropriate. You can expect the evaluation to last between 1-2 hours with a full written report included.
